    Youth Working Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Youth Committee”) is the organization of young people set up by CR Medical. It is a school for training young people of CR Medical, a bridge and link between executives of CR Medical and young people, a cultural undertaking carrier of CR Medical, one of essential pillars of everlasting enterprise of CR Medical, as well as the reserve of various management team of CR Medical.

    The Youth Committee absorbs young talents and takes the discovery and cultivation of young talents as the primary responsibility and guides young people to learn and understand the culture and values of CR Medical, and cultivates the height and big picture of young people. The Youth Committee focuses on the latest developments in the internal and external sectors of the healthcare industry, encouraging innovative thinking and nurturing young people to integrate innovative thinking into their daily work. At the same time, the Youth Committee encourages young people to gain a foothold in the big picture and guides young people to actively pay attention to the problems encountered by the Group and its hospitals, meanwhile, seek solutions and offer advices for the Group.

    In order to further promote the refinement management of the hospital, CR Medical and Department of Medicine of Peking University has jointly established an Advanced Seminar of Professional President, which is not only the training platform for the management talent development of CR Medical, but also a platform for the hospital management talents of CR Medical to show their  capabilities.

    Advanced Seminar of Professional President of CR Medical and Department of Medicine of Peking University aims to promote internal hospital management personnel of CR Medical to actively absorb the advanced management ideas, optimize the cognitive structure, stimulate innovation awareness and master the modern management tools in order to develop a hospital management reserve team with broad vision, professional spirit and scientific decision-making ability for CR Medical.

    CR Medical attaches great importance to personnel training and development, the Group and its in-network hospitals regularly held various international and domestic clinical academic, technical operation and management training activities. The headquarters specially designed the information training platform to carry out the training resource sharing of the Group.

    Many in-network hospitals are the training base providing standardized trainings for physicians, as well as teaching hospitals for higher medical university. The best practices of each hospital are summarized, refined and shared among group employees. Young people who are interested in management positions also have the opportunity to participate in the training and promote management training program of the Group.
